Our Cambridge IGCSE Maths course develops resilience and a student's ability to think creatively and strategically by solving mathematical problems. There is also a strong emphasis on interpreting and presenting results.

IGCSE Maths is available at both Core and Extended levels.

Syllabus and exams

This course follows the Cambridge IGCSE Maths syllabus 0580 or 9-1 0980.

Exams take place in March (India and Romania only), June and November.

Course advice

Students taking this Cambridge IGCSE Maths course should have studied a Mathematics curriculum such as the Cambridge Lower Secondary programme or equivalent national educational framework such as the Key Stage 3 programme of study within the National Curriculum for England (Years 7-9).

This course takes approximately 180 hours to complete plus additional time required to complete the assignments and revision.
