Cambridge IGCSE Co-ordinated Sciences

Our Cambridge IGCSE Co-ordinated Sciences course gives students the chance to learn topics within Biology, Chemistry and Physics with cross-referenced but separate syllabus sections.

Students will learn the basic principles via both theoretical and practical learning and will earn two IGCSE grades upon successful completion.

Syllabus and exams

This course follows the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus 0654 or 0973.

Exams take place in March (India and Romania only), June and November.

Course Advice

Learners who are beginning this Cambridge IGCSE Co-ordinated Sciences course should previously have studied a science syllabus such as that of the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme or equivalent national educational frameworks (eg. Years 7-9). Learners should also have adequate Mathematical skills for the content contained in this syllabus.

As this course counts as two IGCSEs, students will need around 300 hours of study time plus additional time to complete the assignments and for revision.
